🏦 Apply Store Credit

When ringing up a customer who would like to apply store credit to their order, follow these steps:

1. Add the Customer to the Order:

  1. In the top right of the Register screen, tap Add Customer.
  2. Enter the customer’s phone number or email address and tap Search.
  3. Select the correct customer from the results.

2. Check Store Credit:

  1. If the customer has store credit, the available amount will appear on the Store Credit button.


3. Apply Store Credit:

  1. To apply the store credit to the order, enter the dollar amount you want to apply into the number pad.
  2. Tap the Store Credit button.

4. Review Order Details:

  1. The order details will now reflect the store credit applied, showing how much of the total was covered by the credit.
  2. The Customer Owes amount will adjust to reflect the order total after applying the store credit.

By following these steps, you can apply store credit toward a customer's order.
