📆 Attendance Portal – View Past Hours Worked

The Quickvee system makes it easy for employees to view their past hours worked directly from the POS. The Attendance Portal shows:
Days worked
Days absent (highlighted in red)
Total hours worked (including paid lunch/break time)
How to Access Your Attendance
1. From the Quickvee Home Screen, tap Attendance.
2. A prompt will appear asking for your 4-digit PIN access code.
3. Once entered, the Clock In / Clock Out screen will appear. At the bottom, tap View Attendance.

Attendance Calendar
The calendar will show a full monthly view of your attendance.
Red dates indicate days absent.
Tap any worked day to see:
Total Hours Worked
Paid Lunch/Break Time included in total
