📝 Require Description for Instant Purchase Orders

Keeping track of inventory changes is important for accountability. Quickvee allows you to require employees to provide a reason when creating Instant Purchase Orders (POs). This reason will be saved under the employee's profile for future reference.

Prerequisite

Warning
Ensure you have permissions enabled to access the Dashboard under your employee PIN.

 Set Up Required Descriptions for Instant POs

1. From the Quickvee Lock Screen, enter your 4-digit access code.


2. Tap Dashboard from the home screen.


3. Tap Store Settings.


4. Tap Inventory Settings.


5. Enable the option "Require Description for Instant POs".


6. Tap Save to apply the change.
