🏆 Add or Remove Loyalty Points

Loyalty points are saved under each customer’s profile in the Quickvee POS. You can manually add or remove points anytime as needed.

Steps To Follow

1. Access Customer Loyalty Info

1. From the Quickvee Lock Screen, enter your 4-digit pin access code. 
   

   ii. Tap Customers.

   iii. Use the search bar to find the customer you want to update.

   iv. Tap on the customer’s profile.

   ➕➖ 2. Adjust Loyalty Points

   v. Tap Loyalty Point Balance.

   vi. Tap Add/Remove Points.

   vii. Enter the number of points you’d like to add or remove.

   viii. Tap APPLY

You’ve successfully updated the customer’s loyalty points!
