🤝 Set Up Your Quickvee Loyalty Program


The Quickvee Loyalty Program allows customers to earn and redeem points on purchases. Follow these steps to enable and configure your loyalty program.

Step 1: Enable the Loyalty Program

  1.   On the Quickvee home screen, navigate to "More".

  ii. On the left-hand side, select "Loyalty Program".



  iii. Toggle the switch next to "Activate Promotion" to enable the loyalty program.



Step 2: Configure Loyalty Program Settings

   iv. Current Points Awarded Per Dollar Spent – Displays the number of points customers currently earn per dollar spent.


   v. Points Earned Per Dollar – Adjust this value to set how many points customers earn for each dollar spent.



   vi. Point Redemption Rate – Defines the value of each loyalty point when redeemed for purchases.


  vii. Minimum Points to Redeem – Sets the minimum number of points a customer must have before they can use them for a purchase.


  
Step 3: Save Your Settings

Once you've configured the loyalty program settings, tap "Save" in the bottom right corner to apply the changes.
