📦 Customize Online Order Status Notifications

Keep your customers updated at every stage of their online order—whether it's accepted, being packaged, ready for pickup/delivery, completed, or cancelled. Notifications can be sent via SMS or email directly through Quickvee.

How to Set It Up:

1. From the Lock Screen, enter your 4-digit access code.


2. Tap Dashboard.


3. Tap Store Settings.


4. Tap Alerts.


5. Scroll to Online Order Status.

6. Checkmark the statuses you want to notify customers about:

  1. Accepted
  2. Packaging
  3. Ready / Out for Delivery
  4. Delivered / Completed
  5. Cancelled

7. Choose your notification method:

  1. Email
  2. SMS

8. Enter the phone number that will appear as the sender for SMS updates.


9. Enable or disable default SMS notifications for order status updates.


10. Tap Update to save your preferences.
