🔄 Update Online Order Status

When an order is placed through the Quickvee online store, it is sent directly to your POS. You can update customers on the status of their order in real time—letting them know exactly where their order stands. Each time the status changes, the customer is automatically notified.

How to Update the Status:

1. From the Lock Screen, enter your 4-digit pin access code.


2. Tap Orders.


3. Under the Online Orders tab, tap the order you would like to update.


4. Tap the appropriate status:

  1. Accepted

  2. Packing

  3. Ready (for pickup or out for delivery)

  4. Picked Up or Delivered (depending on fulfillment method)
