1. Navigate to the Register

  1. From the Quickvee home screen, tap Register.

2. Access the No Sale Option

  1. Tap the three lines in the top-right corner.
  2. Tap No Sale from the dropdown menu.

3. Authorization

  1. The user must have the proper authorization to perform a No Sale.

4. Open the Cash Drawer in Quickvee

  1. The cash drawer will open automatically, and the action will be logged in the reporting system.
  2. The No Sale will now be documented correctly.
