🔐 How to Perform a No Sale

A No Sale action opens the cash drawer without completing a sale and logs the action for reporting purposes. Here’s how to perform a No Sale on Quickvee:
1. Navigate to the Register
From the Quickvee home screen, tap Register.
2. Access the No Sale Option
Tap the three lines in the top-right corner.
Tap No Sale from the dropdown menu.
3. Authorization
The user must have the proper authorization to perform a No Sale.
4. Open the Cash Drawer in Quickvee
The cash drawer will open automatically, and the action will be logged in the reporting system.
The No Sale will now be documented correctly.
