Quick Add settings allow you to control how Quickvee handles scanned items that are not found in the system. You can customize the behavior based on your business preferences to ensure a smooth checkout experience.

1. Enter your 4 digit pin access code.



2. Tap Station Settings.



3. From the left-hand menu, tap Quick Add.



4. Review the available Quick Add behavior options:

  1. Display Item Not Found: Displays a simple prompt informing the cashier that the scanned item is not found in the system.
  2. Quick Enter, Forced: Immediately forces the user to quickly add the missing product into the system as a new item.
  3. Quick Enter, Prompt: Displays a prompt asking if the cashier would like to quickly add the scanned product into the system.
  4. Full Enter, Forced: Directs the cashier straight to the full product creation screen to fully add a new product.
  5. Full Enter, Prompt: Displays a prompt asking if the cashier would like to open the full product creation screen.

5. Select the Quick Add option that best fits your store's workflow.



6. Tap Save to apply and activate the updated settings.
